Property Solutions is a detailed Residential and Construction property inspection and jobsite management company with over 30 years of experience. When we say experience we mean it, having been a licensed contractor for 20 years in residential and commercial renovation and repair construction. I Worked for the nation’s two largest home builders completing over 500 homes in 8 years. Residential and commercial building inspector for the last three years completing hundreds structural and non-structural inspections and third party building inspections. Allow me to bring my decades of actual onsite experience and attention to detail to you property needs. Meet Your Inspector

My Name is Michael Lapointe I have been Professional licensed residential and Commercial mason contractor, a residential construction manager and licensed home inspector in Osceola and its surrounding counties for thirty years. I have built over 500 single family homes and multi-family townhomes every home received a complete home inspection. During the first twenty years of my construction career I was a licensed contractor building new & preowned structures and commercial masonry renovation and masonry repair construction. 

I was blessed to be chosen to be a city and county masonry vendor for 10 years. Building many monuments and structures within the city of Kissimmee. I also was fortunate to be a construction vendor for Leland Management one of the Orlando areas largest H.O.A management companies, where for twelve years I did property construction contracts and insurance assessment and renewal contracts. Since Covid-19 in 2020 I have been doing residential and commercial building and structural inspection and continue to do inspection still today. Please allow me to put my thirty years of onsite experience to work for you and your construction project. Let me be your personal construction inspector.

 Yes! It is recommended that all homes new or preowned get a professional home inspection by a licensed home inspector. 


 A home inspection performed by a state licensed home inspector protects you and your investment and holds you builder or seller to industry standard and provides you with a photo documented report of all finding resulting in the inspection. 


 Yes! I encourage all clients to attend their home inspection. I would ask to leave children with family and keep the group size to a minimum so your focus can be on the inspection. Ask questions and learn about you home or construction project.  


A Florida state licensed home inspector is the named individual that holds the state license, which is not always the person doing the inspection. Many companies hire inexperience people to work by the hour to do inspections under their license number. 


 Always ask to see proof of liability insurance and make sure the coverage is greater than the value of your home being inspected, Very important! 


 Yes! Within reason, your inspector is a contracted employee of yours and should accommodate you and your schedule. If any inspector refuses to make every effort to accommodate you then you should choose another inspector.
