My Name is Michael Lapointe I have been Professional licensed residential and Commercial mason contractor, a residential construction manager and licensed home inspector in Osceola and its surrounding counties for thirty years. I have built over 500 single family homes and multi-family townhomes every home received a complete home inspection. During the first twenty years of my construction career I was a licensed contractor building new & preowned structures and commercial masonry renovation and masonry repair construction. 

I was blessed to be chosen to be a city and county masonry vendor for 10 years. Building many monuments and structures within the city of Kissimmee. I also was fortunate to be a construction vendor for Leland Management one of the Orlando areas largest H.O.A management companies, where for twelve years I did property construction contracts and insurance assessment and renewal contracts. Since Covid-19 in 2020 I have been doing residential and commercial building and structural inspection and continue to do inspection still today.
